Really good Dining Experience
seafront view exquisite presentation fantastic service
I chose to eat at the Dunes restaurant. The dining room offered a fine seafront view. The hake dish followed by crème brûlée impressed me, the presentation was exquisite. The service from Summer was fantastic as she remained pleasant throughout lunch and accommodated my dietary needs by adapting the menu.
The room could use a refresh. Some aspects felt a little outdated.

a bit underwhelming, honestly
small room raw toast
the staff were alright, i guess.
The room was smaller than advertised. the breakfast was a real letdown. The sausages looked like they came from a dodgy petrol station and the toast was practically raw. plus, the noise from the street kept me up most nights. seriously, invest in some double glazing.

The older lady at reception displayed rude and unhelpful behavior. She instructed us to prepare the cot ourselves and later questioned the staff about warming my daughter's food, despite no prior issues.

Wonderful Getaway!
convenient location free parking heated pool
I appreciate the convenient location near the sea. Free parking was a fantastic bonus, made everything so much easier. The pool was so clean, and I loved that it was heated. The food tasted yummy and the service were good.
The soundproofing was a little inadequate. I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

Staff members greet you warmly when you arrive at reception. They are attentive when assisting with your meal preferences at the restaurant. The staff provided helpful responses when I asked for directions.

My Beautiful Triple Room was very clean upon arrival. The beds and pillows felt very comfortable. The room had ample space and good lighting for relaxation.

awful shower lumpy mattress
The location was acceptable. The hotel was a short walk from the beach.
The shower was awful. Hardly any water came out, and it was either freezing or burning hot (I even burned myself on the tap). The mattress felt old and lumpy. I could also hear other guests going to the bathroom at night, disturbing.
